Advice

We require 48 hours' cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise you will be charged in full for your treatments.

After two missed appointments (or last minute cancellations) you may be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your next appointment with us.

We request that new clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This will ensure a smooth and relaxing check in, and leave plenty of time to fill in your details for our records.

On your first visit, full medical history will be taken and a consultation carried out to ensure the most appropriate treatment is provided. Please advise us of any changes to these details during subsequent visits.

We also ask that you switch your mobile phone to silent mode to avoid disturbing other clients as well as allowing you to relax and enjoy your experience too.

Therapist Hours and Payment Details

Working hours may vary between therapists and certain treatments are only payable by cash or cheque.

A 50% deposit may be required when booking appointments.
